I too am a fan of The Archers. I adore that opening sequence, it is I am ashamed to say, breathtakingly sweet and rather romantic - frankly it's the best bit of the film and gets rather dull afterwards :)

Oh yeah, I watched it all on YouTube after you posted this. It's quite surreal, especially at the Heaven sequences that reminded me somewhat of the 1000 Fingers Of Doctor T. I found it a deeply moving take on the emotions of that earlier wartime,...thanks!
