Hey Mark! I hope you can! But since you'll be there on Thurs for your deal.-are you going for 2 days? More? Your booth is going to be party central this year! And you got a really excellent spot, too-that's no easy feat.

I have plans to go down only on Friday or I'd go just to see your panel Thurs. too. I think it's going to be pretty cool with all you guys together, and there's heretofore been too little of just dedicated animation story discussions at the Con(although there have been story guys there in conjunction with a film's specific release--i.e. Brad's, the Pixar/Disney presentation this year etc).

Speaking of panels--notice we are directly followed by a Mike Mignola signing-oh my! That's what I'm really jazzed about. ; )
Have you seen Hellboy? I loved it...it's got everything but the kitchen sink but WOW, del Toro and Mignola really put their imaginations up on the screen--and they manage to give even tertiary characters some real oompf. I'd like to know what you think.

And love the new icon!

jenny! I'm so jazzed to see Hellboy...tomorrow night, hopefully. It looks so damned funny! Sorry you're missing our panel, that means that only THREE people will go instead of four...sigh.

Bummer... Too bad Bad Horse won't be there. I wanted to get his seal. Bad Horse is legend. He rules the League with an iron hoof.

Anonymous: I can probably get you my horses' hoofprint. Sometimes they're very bad. Not famous though.

Are they in the Evil League of Evil? Or just the Henchmen's Union?

Oh, also, do they have a terrible death whinny?

Is there a booth you'll be lurking around after the signing? I want to get a copy of the book, but don't know whether I'll be able to make it to the signing...

Kristy-thanks! : )

Hi Michael-I hope so too.
Emma-I'd love to just meet you & say hi(great icon there btw).
I think we'll be in & out after the 1-2 thing-I wouldn't hazard to say where I'll be or for how long...there are a lot of booths I hope to visit. About 30 or so. ; )
But if you can't get the book then there should be Amazon with their nice discount! I don't know why it still shows as "upcoming" and a preorder(not to mention for some dumb reason Amazon shows it as a "paperback"-it's in hardcover only) when presumably there will be actual books ready there tomorrow when the Con opens...they sure better have them by Friday. But Amazon's funny that way.
